Classic Linguette
Made in Italy in the traditional local style of Piemonte and Liguria, our crisp Linguette are stamped into their distinctive shape, pin-pricked after the dough has been proved, then sprinkled with salt and baked to perfection. Rich with extra virgin olive oil flavours and aromas, they’re a perfect addition to any antipasti platter.
Aperitivo Snacks
A northern Italian antipasti classic
Ubiquitous across northern Italy, Linguette are bread-basket fixtures in restaurants across Liguria, and a delicious canvas for your favourite toppings.
Small-batch-baked in wood-chip ovens by our artisan makers in Italy, our Linguette are made from a wonderfully simple, slow-proved dough. Instantly-recognisable by their lattice of tiny holes (which allow air to escape as the flatbread bakes, keeping them thin) and by their unique ‘slipper’ shape (which mirrors the roof tiles on buildings across the region), they’re made to be snapped, shared and topped with whatever your taste buds desire. Ottimo!
