Lemon Sorbet is the most popular, fresh and tasty 'after-dinner' known in Italy. With thirst-quenching and digestive properties, this sorbet can be enjoyed all year round, be it in Summer as a snack or for finishing off a rich festive feast.
Each of Crosta & Mollica fruit shells is scooped out by hand and filled with a sorbetto exclusively made from fresh Sorrento Lemon juice.
