ITALIAN INGREDIENTS
When it comes to eating, we don’t settle for anything less than ingredienti eccezionali. Gathered from growers, artisans and culinary appassionati across Italia, from Tropea to Torino. Prepared with respect and care.

Our Packaging
Our Pane Pugliese bread is packaged in a bag made from polypropylene film (European code #05). Few local authorities in the UK accept this film in local council recycling centres. It can be recycled alongside carrier bags in large supermarkets.
Did you know?
The crunchy-crusted pane Pugliese's name refers to the Puglia region in Italy (Apulia in Inglese) which is in the southeastern part of the country. Its origins can be traced to the 15th century, and is it said to be a legacy of the brown country bread which was brought there by the Turks who ruled the south of Italy at the time.
