Piadina Emiliana
Made with soft wheat for a thicker, flakier texture, these delicious flatbreads are ready to be warmed, topped and folded, not rolled. We've also swapped the original recipe’s pork lard for extra virgin olive oil — creating an aromatic twist on the Emilia-Romagna region’s favourite street food.
Ingredients
Wheat flour, water, extra virgin olive oil 7%, wheat starch, salt.
For allergens, including cereals containing gluten, see ingredients in bold. May contain traces of soya and mustard seed. Suitable for Vegans and Vegeterians.

Our Packaging
Our Piadina are packaged in a film bag made from a composite of several materials (EVOH, PETC and polyethelyene). As there are no additives or preservatives in the ingredients, it’s key that the packaging is sterile and air-tight to keep our Piadina fresh. Unfortunately, the packaging is not currently recyclable.
Did you know?
Piadina kiosks are everywhere in Emilia-Romagna. By busy roads, in car parks, and down at the beach, local makers will set up a giant frying pan, heat the piadina, add toppings, then fold, slice and serve. Just remember not to swim on a full stomach...
