Bakery
Italian Biscotti for a soft, light treat.
In Italy, Amaretti are a household staple and referred to as "biscotti da credenza," which translates to "cupboard biscuits". They can be made either dry and crispy (secchi), or soft and chewy (morbidi).
Crosta & Mollica Crunchy Amaretti are made by our bakers in the Ligurian town of Sassello, their signature bittersweet flavour and marzipan-like centre come from ground apricot kernels and almonds.
Perfect when served with a coffee, tea or dessert wine, but also delicious as a snack.
