Crosta Mollica Caffe Latte Tartufi Italian Dolce

Caffè Latte Tartufi

Italian gelato truffles

A smooth gelato with caramel coffee notes.

Tartufi are a frozen delicacy hailing from Southern Italy, a pistachio crumb encases a layer of nutty almond gelato, with a core of delicately flavoured pistachio gelato.

Many an Italian trattoria will have a glowing glass-fronted freezer in the corner of the room with shelves of sweet delights; Tartufi are a mainstay of these cabinets but are equally delicious under the warm Italian sunshine or in cooler climes.
