The Caramel Crema Cotta is our take on the famous Panna Cotta, the Italian dessert made in Piemonte and inspired by French influences. Our dolce is enriched with Italian cream and finished with a luxurious caramel sauce - a guaranteed crowd-pleaser around the dinner table.

Ingredients

Skimmed milk, sugar, caramelised sugar 7.5% (glucose syrup, caramelised sugars), coconut oil, cocoa butter, egg yolk 4.5%, cream, butter, eggs, corn starch, animal gelatine, skimmed milk, natural vanilla flavour, salt.
