Mascarpone Stracciatella Gelato
Slowly whipped Mascarpone and Chocolate Gelato
The art of making traditional gelato is as much about the ingredients as it is the theatre of the Gelaterie. A mix of fresh Mascarpone and Italian whole milk is slow-whipped for a light, smooth texture and generously topped with chocolate flakes throughout for a delicious dessert or cool-down treat on a summer’s day.
