We've sourced the perfect cheeses to compliment our signature sourdough base, topped with rich tomato sauce: smoked provola cheese, creamy flaked mozzarella, buffalo mozzarella pearls and finished with a generous sprinkling of aged hard cheese.

As with all Crosta & Mollica pizzas, Formaggi Sourdough Pizza is made in Italy by artisan bakers. The dough is proven slowly for 24 hours before the bakers wood-fire the base at 400c on lava stone from Mount Etna. In the heat, the crusts rise, blister and char in authentic pizzeria fashion for a deep and crunchy crust.
