Black Peppercorn Bolli
Crisp baked crackers
Named for their distinctive shape and wavy edges (bolli means ‘stamps’ in Inglese) these traditional Veneto favourites are made with a blend of wheat and potato. Delicious with creamy cheeses, we’ve added a crackle of black pepper to the recipe — creating a wonderfully light, piquant little nibble. Perfetto!
Ingredients
Wheat flour, potato flour, extra virgin olive oil 7.7%, skimmed milk powder, maize flour, coconut oil, sugar, salt, malted barley, raising agent: ammonium bicarbonate, cracked black peppercorns 1%.
For allergens, see ingredients in bold. May contain traces of soya, sesame, egg, nuts, milk and mustard seed. Suitable for Vegeterians.

In Italy, the best meals start hours before the main course even arrives with aperitivo - a refreshing, often-bitter drink that stimulates the appetite. Diners beware, too many a meal has been spoiled by overindulgence in aperitivo snacks before even reaching the table.
