We've redressed our Classic Torinesi, for a richer, nuttier flavour by adding Parmigiano Reggiano and Poppy Seeds. An ideal pre-dinner nibble or on-the-go snack that’s best enjoyed with a glass of something chilled.
Ingredients
Wheat flour, parmigiano reggiano DOP* cheese 7% (milk), extra virgin olive oil 5%, malted barley flour, salt, yeast, poppy seeds 1.4%.
*authorisation consortium parmigiano reggiano.
For allergens, see ingredients in bold. May contain traces of soya, sesame and mustard seed. Not suitable for Vegetarians.

Parmesan and Poppy Seed Torinesi packaging
Our Torinesi are packaged in a polypropylene film (European code #05) that sits within a cardboard box. The cardboard box is widely recycled in kerbside domestic collections. However, few local authorities in the UK are able to accept the film bag in the local council recycling centre, although it can be recycled alongside carrier bags in large supermarkets.
DID YOU KNOW
Torinesi originate from Turin in Italy’s northwest, and they’re believed to date back to the 17th century, when they were first baked for Duke Vittorio Amedeo II of Savoy. The duke was suffering from digestive problems and demanded something easy — but still delicious and moreish — to eat.
